RunescaR Privacy Policy

This policy describes the data processed by RunescaR by Fame App Studio. It should be reviewed before public store release and updated when SDKs, analytics, ads, account systems, or monetization change.
Data We Process
- Account and gameplay identifiers, including account id, platform/device identifier, display name, session token, PvP queue and match state.
- Gameplay progress stored locally and, for online features, on the game server.
- Purchase data required to verify and grant in-app purchases, such as product id, purchase token or transaction id, order metadata, and grant ledger status.
- Push notification tokens when notifications are enabled.
- Support and bug report content submitted by the player, including app version, platform, device model, operating system, locale, and recent client logs.
How We Use Data
- To provide gameplay, PvP matchmaking, purchases, support, account recovery, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
- To verify purchases with Google Play or Apple and grant paid currency or entitlements once.
- To investigate bugs, abuse, refunds, revocations, and support requests.
Payments
Digital goods are purchased through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase on the matching platform. The game server verifies store purchase data before granting paid value.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in the in-game Settings screen or through the web deletion page: Account deletion request. Account and gameplay data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized after review. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, refunds, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
Third Parties
The app may use Unity services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play Billing, and Apple StoreKit/App Store Server APIs. Store and platform providers process data according to their own policies.
